Summerlin Jake’s offers a nice selection of smoked delicacies, too. We smoke everything ourselves in our smoker at the restaurant. Want a nice mix? Try our Jacob Platter with Pulled Pork, Beef Brisket, and 1/3 Rack of Ribs.
And of course, we serve vegan and vegetarian entrees at dinner, such as Roasted Mushroom Pilaf, with a variety of seasonally selected wild mushrooms, pan roasted and tossed with Farro, smoked pecans and sun-dried cherries.
